As bad as it gets
I ordered a PCR covid test for £24.99 plus delivery. It arrived on time, but is completely useless. To register the test there are two links on the email confirmation, fit to work and fit to fly. Neither of these work, both return 503s. Also on this email it says you will be charged for registering the test, "for postage, analysis and certification". When you buy it is not stated anywhere that you will have to pay anything extra on top of the price for the test! I wrote an email to the address they give for queries and no reply after 36 hours, so the test sitting in its vial is now probably useless. You have to conclude this site is either run by scammers or incompetents.
